On July 9th, the board and of the Irish Chamber will be volunteering in the Soup Kitchen with Willing Hearts. Members are welcome to join in the afternoon, and we have a number of spots available. The purpose of the afternoon will be to give something back, and assist Willing Hearts in the production of the over 3,000 meals prepared daily for the need including the elderly, adults and children in Singapore.

Activities in the afternoon will include cleaning, washing and cutting veg, washing and cleaning kitchens.

If you are unable to join us, we will also be collecting ingredients and kitchen products as a donation in kind.

Ikan Bilis
Oyster sauce
Knorr chicken flavor

Curry powder for fish/chicken
Sugar
Light sauce
Teppanyaki sauce
Corn flour
Dried shrimps
Chilli & Tomatoe sauce packs (5 litres)
Wet beancurd sauce in cubes for frying
sambal kangkong
Garlic
Fermented black beans sauce
White vinegar
Sesame oil
Coconut cream for curry
Sardines
Mushrooms dried form
Maggi chicken rice paste
Soap & liquid detergent for dish washing
