Dr. Yvonne McNulty, an academic expert on expatriation and global mobility, will present findings from her 10 year study of ‘expatriate return on investment’. She will reveal how and why, the traditional model of expatriation is changing and will discuss new issues and opportunities for global careerists and teh people that manage them.
Based on her soon-to-be-released book Managing Expatriates: A Return on Investment Approach (Businees Expert Press, 2013)m she will present some surprising and insightful findings allowing Attendees to walk awayy with a practical insider’s guide to building global careers, for themselves and their assignees.
