A Day to Remember – The 12th Annual Singapore–Ireland Golf Day

On Friday, 18 September, the Irish Chamber of Commerce Singapore brought together 34 teams for the 12th Annual Singapore–Ireland Golf Day at Warren Golf & Country Club.
One of the highlights of our annual calendar, the Golf Day is about much more than what happens on the scorecard. It brings together Chamber members, sponsors, partners and friends from across the Irish and Singapore business communities for an afternoon of golf followed by an evening of food, drinks, prizes and – most importantly – plenty of opportunities to connect.
And this year was another fantastic one.
34 Teams, One Great Day
From registration and lunch through to the 1pm shotgun start, there was a brilliant atmosphere around Warren from the beginning.
There was plenty of friendly competition on the course, including our Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin challenges, before everyone came back together at Tee Gardens for our evening reception, dinner and prize-giving.
We were particularly honoured to welcome Ambassador of Ireland to Singapore, Damien Cole, together with Deputy Head of Mission Graham Hartnett and Second Secretary Charlie Swords.
Ambassador Cole joined us for the evening and presented our winning teams with their prizes, and we are extremely grateful to The Embassy of Ireland Singapore and Team Ireland for their continued support of the Chamber and our community in Singapore.
Thank You to Our Event Sponsors
An event of this scale simply does not happen without significant support behind it.
A huge thank you to our 2026 event sponsors – Diageo, APB, Exyte, Putting Studios, Snackadee, Muddy Murphy’s and Red Robin Events – for getting behind the day and helping us deliver such a strong experience for our golfers and guests.
Their support took many different forms, from refreshments and hospitality to activations, logistics and the evening experience.
Putting Studios created a custom putting green for our evening reception, giving everyone another opportunity to test their skills once the official golf was over.
The First Pour also joined us during the evening with tastings and special offers, adding another element for our guests to enjoy.
And Muddy Murphy’s helped us finish the evening by providing complimentary transport from Warren back to Orchard Road for our guests.
These details make an enormous difference to the overall experience, and we are extremely grateful to everyone involved.

An Extraordinary Prize Table
This year’s prize table was one of our best yet.
Our overall winners received the Singapore–Ireland Golf Invitational Cup alongside an incredible Ireland golf experience made possible by Turkish Airlines, Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort and The K Club.
The prize included return Singapore–Dublin flights with Turkish Airlines, three nights at Tulfarris, dinner, golf at Tulfarris and The K Club, and transfers throughout.
A particular thank you to Mehmet Akay of Turkish Airlines, who joined us for the evening and presented our champions with their flight prize.
Our other winning teams received prizes from Tempat Senang, Warren Golf & Country Club, TABB Apparel, St. Patrick’s Society Singapore, Maharajas, Acushnet/Titleist, UNA at The Alkaff Mansion and Five Farms Irish Cream Liqueur.
Our on-course prizes were supported by Huber’s Butchery, Deviate Wine Bar and Petersons Wines, while a further group of generous partners contributed an extensive collection of raffle prizes for our evening guests.
The level of generosity was exceptional and added hugely to the occasion.
Our Home for the Golf Day
A very special thank you must also go to Warren Golf & Country Club.
This was our third year hosting the Singapore–Ireland Golf Day at Warren, and once again the team went above and beyond to help us deliver the event.
A Golf Day of this size has a lot of moving parts – 36 teams arriving, registration, lunch, golf operations, food and beverage, an evening reception, dinner, VIP guests, sponsors, prize presentations and plenty happening behind the scenes.
The Warren team worked with us throughout to make it all happen.
We’ve received fantastic feedback from our golfers about the course, the venue and the day as a whole, with several telling us that the Singapore–Ireland Golf Day at Warren has become one of their favourite golf events of the year.
That is a huge compliment, and one we very much share with the team at Warren.
Thank You to Our Hole Sponsors
Our Hole Sponsors are another integral part of making the Golf Day possible.
Our sincere thanks to Kim Hup Chor Construction, AerCap, UTOC, Altius, Duellix, Puritas, Yes Construction, TWC and 1Supplier for their support of this year’s event.
Their backing allows us to continue investing in the experience we create for everyone who takes part, and we are extremely grateful to have them involved.

It Takes a Community
Across event sponsorship, hole sponsorship, prizes, raffle contributions, products, photography, hospitality and operational support, close to 30 organisations contributed to this year’s Golf Day in some form.
Our thanks also go to Tempat Senang, TABB Apparel, ClubFace, Himalaya Salts, Dim Sum Golf Club, Titanic Distillers, The Landmark Bangkok, The Lancaster Bangkok, UFIT, Moxie, Republic of Singapore Yacht Club, Zenith Yacht Charters, Partee Golf, The First Pour, Warabi and Lionel Lim, alongside all of the partners already mentioned above.
And finally, thank you to the 34 teams who joined us.
Sponsors make the event possible, but it is the people who show up, play, meet someone new, stay for dinner and get involved that create the atmosphere.
We’ve had some wonderful feedback since the event and are already looking at how we can make next year’s Golf Day even better.
Thank you to everyone who played a part in the 12th Annual Singapore–Ireland Golf Day. We’re already working on 2027 – and look forward to welcoming you back to the course.
